VENTURE TERRACE

Venture Terrace is situated on 2.5 acres in the Prospect Pointe subdivision in Timberlea.  It is a community of 40 three bedroom duplex homes – perfect for working families.

Residents of Venture Terrace are working people who pay a fixed, reasonable rental rate every month as part of our Affordable Rental program.  Their rents are based on how much it actually costs us to build and maintain Venture Terrace.  It is a secure, suburban home for families who can count on a steady income.

Venture Terrace was made possible with the help of the Fort McMurray Real Estate Board, Fort McMurray Affordable Housing Society, Alberta Real Estate Foundation, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, Alberta Seniors & Community Supports’ Affordable Housing Initiative Program’ and other community members committed to providing affordable housing in the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo.

Venture Terrace is minutes from schools, banking and shopping. A nearby bus stop provides convenience transportation to Thickwood and the downtown core.
