Horizon View is a neighbourhood of 109 one, two and three bedroom apartments and 20 three bedroom townhouses.

Residents of Horizon View are working people who pay a fixed, reasonable rental rate every month as part of our Affordable Rental program. Rents are based on how much it actually cost us to build and maintain Horizon View. It’s an affordable, comfortable home for singles and families who can rely on a steady income.
