Our affordable rental townhouses, duplexes, and apartments have fixed rental rates that don’t change with the size of your pay cheque. They’re good options for qualifying working people who can count on a steady stream of income.
Affordable Rental rates are kept below rents charged for the same kinds of homes in the regular rental market. In fact, our rents are based on how much it costs us to build and maintain the housing.
Homes in several newly built housing complexes are included in our Affordable Rental portfolio.
The recently opened Stony Mountain Plaza in Stone Creek added 125 units to our Affordable Rental portfolio.

In addition to the rental units, WBHDC administers a number of Rent Supplement Programs on behalf of the Province
