Board of Directors


A volunteer Board of Directors of between five and 11 members provides strategic leadership to WBHDC. All Board members are appointed by Regional Council to terms of between one and three years. Board members are typically selected to fulfill skill requirements – legal, finance, communications, stakeholder relations, marketing, building/construction, employee relations, etc.
